Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Partner Success or Account Management.
  • 1–2 years of experience within the music industry (e.g., DSPs, labels, publishers, CMOs/PROs, or music tech).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with comfort working with complex data structures and metadata.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM, support, and project management tools, including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Freshdesk, and Google Suite / Excel.
  • Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and resilient work style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Autonomously manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B clients in LATAM to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for complex client requests and proactively manage account health.
  • Leverage music ecosystem knowledge to guide clients through onboarding, technical workflows, and data utilisation.
  • Synthesize and advocate for client feedback to influence product roadmaps by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to initiatives improving the customer journey, including onboarding, knowledge base development, and communication strategies.
