Requirements

  • 2+ years of remote customer support or troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong written English communication skills (formal and casual).
  • Ability to read data and logs to validate issues.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing and tracking tools.
  • Resilience in a fast-changing, unstructured environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays (with one weekday off per week).

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve customer requests using Zendesk and internal tools.
  • Investigate time-sensitive issues and use data to identify root causes before escalation.
  • Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of company systems to diagnose issues independently.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Work a 40-hour week including Saturdays as a required working day.
