Requirements
- 2+ years of remote customer support or troubleshooting experience.
- Strong written English communication skills (formal and casual).
- Ability to read data and logs to validate issues.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing and tracking tools.
- Resilience in a fast-changing, unstructured environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays (with one weekday off per week).
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer requests using Zendesk and internal tools.
- Investigate time-sensitive issues and use data to identify root causes before escalation.
- Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of company systems to diagnose issues independently.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Work a 40-hour week including Saturdays as a required working day.
