Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
  • High degree of professionalism and reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across multilingual support teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT and response times.
  • Stay informed about client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
