Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users of a premium video streaming platform via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Assist subscribers with account management inquiries, including subscription plans, billing issues, payment methods, and account access difficulties.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, app performance, and playback errors.
  • Guide customers through platform features, content navigation, parental controls, and personalisation settings.
  • Log all customer interactions, issue resolutions, and feedback within the internal CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical and billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams.
  • Stay updated on platform content releases, updates, and service changes.
