- Patient and empathetic approach to handling customer queries.
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related field is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users of a premium video streaming platform via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist subscribers with account management inquiries, including subscription plans, billing issues, payment methods, and account access difficulties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, app performance, and playback errors.
- Guide customers through platform features, content navigation, parental controls, and personalisation settings.
- Log all customer interactions, issue resolutions, and feedback within the internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical and billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams.
- Stay updated on platform content releases, updates, and service changes.
