Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support, call centre operations, or helpdesk support is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a home-office environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing platforms is a plus.
  • Valid EU passport or legal right to work within the European Union.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, accounts, and support requests.
  • Identify customer needs swiftly and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior support specialists or team leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Meet and consistently exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.
