Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
- Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, call centre operations, or helpdesk support is an advantage.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a home-office environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Valid EU passport or legal right to work within the European Union.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, accounts, and support requests.
- Identify customer needs swiftly and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case resolutions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior support specialists or team leaders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.
