Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong command of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in a customer support services role, helpdesk environment, or digital customer-facing position.
- Genuine interest in search engine technology, digital products, and online tools.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking users via email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
- Assist customers with queries related to search engine features, account settings, product functionality, and general digital tool usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries and escalate recurring or complex technical issues to internal teams.
- Stay updated on search engine platform features and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, training sessions, and colleague support.
