  • Native or fluent German language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport or citizenship.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communications and training.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to handle enquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Must have a suitable remote working setup within Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products, services, and processes relevant to the customer support portfolio.
  • Document all customer interactions, cases, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams or senior agents.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores and response time targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, data privacy compliance, and brand representation.
