Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Training, instructional design, communications, or a related bachelor’s degree.
- Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience.
- Professional, welcoming, and friendly interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, training, and presentation skills.
- A coachable attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one.
- Proven ability to engage clients during training.
- Ability to travel up to 60% as needed to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Analyst to develop, plan, and prepare training content.
- Provide client training on software applications on an individual or group basis.
- Maintain records for training programs, including evaluations and LMS records.
- Refine learning tools and techniques.
- Maintain client engagement during training using interactive methods.
- Review the environment prior to training to ensure it is properly configured.
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-learning strategies.
- Participate in the creation of instructional materials like videos, quizzes, and modules.
