Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or related field
- 3 years of experience in Financial Services
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Service Associate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
- Knowledge of annuities, mutual funds, SMAs, fixed income, stocks, options, and alternative investments
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute against Suitability Guidelines and operational processes
- Workday experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete prospect and new client paperwork and set up
- Maintain client database in Salesforce
- Prepare account transactions including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and RMDs
- Gather data and prepare materials for client meetings and account reviews
- Conduct tax research (1099s) and perform follow-up tasks for clients
- Coordinate with advisor team operations to streamline processes and support projects
