Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
- 0–1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, or electronic equipment.
- Hold a current valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to travel within an assigned geography, including periodic overnight stays.
- Must be able to lift, lower, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and sit/stand for extended periods.
- Good hand and finger dexterity with ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level.
Responsibilities
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repairs on chemistry, immunoassay, and automation equipment.
- Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records.
- Order repair parts and adhere to service cycle times.
- Utilize internal business systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service call planning.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet service needs and provide technical training.
