Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Salesforce-centric technical role with end-to-end solution delivery ownership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development: Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Expertise in platform configuration including flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently without PM or QA support, including testing and deployment.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to run discovery and manage scope.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows and interest in applying LLMs to GTM operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Customer Success and Support stakeholders to define technical solutions for business goals and OKRs.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) alongside declarative configuration.
- Build and maintain integrations and workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem and supporting tools like Forethought, Catalyst, Slack, and ZoomInfo.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate and augment operational processes.
- Maintain system reliability, performance, and governance through proactive monitoring, documentation, and change management.
