Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 environment.
- Experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or education technology professional development strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience delivering professional development or training programs.
- Experience supporting school or district-level technology implementations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging teachers, administrators, and district leaders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
- Self-motivated learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel regularly and live within convenient access to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Partner with district leaders to develop and execute implementation strategies that support successful adoption and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with school and district stakeholders to create professional development plans aligned with educational goals and technology initiatives.
- Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions for teachers, administrators, and education teams to increase product understanding and usage.
- Travel regionally to assigned districts to facilitate in-person professional development sessions and conduct regular customer visits.
- Analyze platform usage data and customer insights to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
- Guide districts through implementation milestones, helping them transition from initial adoption to effective and consistent usage.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to support customer relationships, pilots, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong communication with partners by providing expertise, resources, and ongoing support.
