Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry.
  • 3+ years of implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs.
  • Proficiency in EHR platforms such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Experience with project management in healthcare settings (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, hospital, government, or consulting).
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and population health management principles.
  • Expertise in MIPS compliance and quality measure reporting.
  • Ability to develop educational materials for adult learning.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Documents, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to travel periodically to Bethesda, MD, and partner practice sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementation projects independently from start to finish.
  • Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver training content to diverse audiences including practice executives and clinical staff.
  • Consult independent medical practices on EHR optimization and value-based care model adoption.
  • Execute data-sharing strategies and EHR integrations to support population health analytics.
  • Conduct technical discovery to understand practice landscapes and data flows.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the development of educational materials.
