Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs.
- Proficiency in EHR platforms such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks.
- Experience with project management in healthcare settings (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, hospital, government, or consulting).
- Strong understanding of EHR systems and population health management principles.
- Expertise in MIPS compliance and quality measure reporting.
- Ability to develop educational materials for adult learning.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Documents, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to travel periodically to Bethesda, MD, and partner practice sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple implementation projects independently from start to finish.
- Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver training content to diverse audiences including practice executives and clinical staff.
- Consult independent medical practices on EHR optimization and value-based care model adoption.
- Execute data-sharing strategies and EHR integrations to support population health analytics.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand practice landscapes and data flows.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of educational materials.
