  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage prospects, overcome objections, and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities independently.
  • Strong commitment to delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with assigned databases of outbound leads through phone calls and email campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and create qualified leads for regional sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Use HubSpot CRM or similar platforms to manage outreach activities and sales pipeline progress.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally while building positive relationships with prospects.
