Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership roles within B2B or B2C environments
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams in agile, cross-functional product development settings
- Strong ability to switch between high-level product thinking and deep technical understanding of system architecture and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and present complex ideas
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership and technical teams
- Background in fast-paced startup environments with rapidly evolving product requirements
- Experience working with or building Web3, blockchain, or distributed ledger technologies
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide product decisions
- Highly autonomous and self-directed, able to operate effectively with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for complex blockchain-based products, ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives
- Translate user needs and business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable development plans
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, manage backlog, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones using agile methodologies
- Actively gather and integrate user feedback to continuously refine product direction and improve usability and performance
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making and measure success
- Collaborate with designers to iterate on product UI/UX and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms
- Coordinate product launches in partnership with marketing, business development, engineering, and ecosystem teams
- Maintain clear documentation of product strategy, functionality, and technical requirements for internal and external stakeholders
- Support leadership in improving product processes, workflows, and organizational product maturity
- Assist with partner integrations by ensuring accurate technical documentation and resolving product-related issues
