Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, including developing user stories and product roadmaps.
- 3+ years of prior hands-on software engineering experience.
- BA/BS degree or comparable experience.
- Proven background in conceptualizing, building, and delivering successful B2B web application solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD.
- Experience shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in public/investor relations, newswire, media intelligence, or marketing communications industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion customer needs, identify pain points, and uncover new product opportunities.
- Develop product enhancement requirements, from conceptualization to user story development and user acceptance testing.
- Own and drive the product vision to solve customer problems and improve user experience.
- Collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to align on and execute the product roadmap.
- Analyze data to define KPIs, monitor progress, and identify trends.
- Research competitive products and industry trends.
- Continuously improve product development processes.
