Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with previous experience building B2B SaaS products or platform solutions.
- Proven ability to own product outcomes end-to-end and make effective decisions in ambiguous environments with limited resources.
- Strong understanding of data models, including schemas, relationships, migrations, uniqueness constraints, and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience building data-heavy products such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, segmentation products, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with communication platforms and engagement tools, including email marketing, transactional messaging, notifications, or SMS workflows.
- Ability to work comfortably with data, including SQL concepts such as JOINs and CTEs, and use insights to guide product decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user behavior and business data into actionable strategies.
- Experience designing products for non-technical users, especially customers with limited resources and complex operational needs.
- Excellent user research and communication skills, with the ability to separate real customer problems from feature requests.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CRM product vision and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Own the evolution of the product’s data model, including supporter records, data quality, segmentation logic, reporting, and scalability improvements.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical trade-offs, migrations, architecture decisions, and complex data challenges.
- Develop powerful segmentation and audience management capabilities that enable users to better understand and engage their supporters.
- Build communication and engagement features that help organizations improve outreach, measure impact, and increase meaningful interactions.
- Identify opportunities to grow the product as an acquisition and retention engine through thoughtful feature development.
- Conduct continuous user research, gather feedback, identify underlying problems, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Define success metrics, measure product performance, and continuously iterate based on customer behavior and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate product strategy and align teams around shared goals.
- Explore opportunities for AI-powered workflows and innovative product experiences that improve user productivity.
