Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, or consumer product businesses.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and owning business outcomes in high-growth or startup environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibilities, including margin and profitability objectives.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build and launch digital products.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to develop business cases and execute growth strategies.
- Exceptional ownership mindset and ability to operate independently.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the ecommerce business strategy and full P&L, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and performance tracking.
- Identify high-value market opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Define and evolve product assortment strategies across prescription and non-prescription categories.
- Lead the redesign and evolution of the ecommerce storefront from strategy through execution.
- Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to create personalized, high-converting shopping experiences.
- Develop data-driven personalization strategies leveraging customer insights and recommendation capabilities.
- Establish merchandising strategies including bundles, promotional calendars, and subscription models.
- Manage the conversion funnel through experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
