Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, data exchange, data management, or related technical fields preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working in client-facing or vendor-facing environments preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with execution of load jobs and knowledge of Mainframe, Rumba, or TSO environments strongly preferred.
- Experience working with EDI (834) and eligibility file processes strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Ability to work independently while acting as a trusted partner and advisor to stakeholders.
- Requirement for high-speed cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership and subject matter expertise across IT project management initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Develop project strategies, define requirements, create detailed plans, and drive implementation activities.
- Coordinate with business functions to support system testing, deployment, training, and ongoing operational support.
- Monitor project progress using established methodologies, reporting techniques, quality measures, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for efficiency, and contribute to best practices.
