Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing.
- Deep ownership of email and/or direct mail channels.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through segmentation and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests with clear hypotheses.
- Ability to translate data insights into creative strategy and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills regarding marketing performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in digital health, B2B2C, or employer-sponsored benefits is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Customer.io, or ActiveCampaign is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize email and direct mail marketing programs to improve enrollment performance.
- Develop segmentation strategies, personalization frameworks, and lifecycle marketing flows.
- Design, execute, and analyze structured experiments including hypothesis development and KPI definition.
- Continuously test and refine creative, messaging, and sequencing across campaigns.
- Integrate online and offline channels including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-off points and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly to identify issues and opportunities.
- Conduct user and member research to translate insights into marketing strategies.
- Partner with employer and health plan clients to support enrollment success.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
