Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, customer business development, or related commercial functions preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and execute solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail analytics tools, customer point-of-sale data, and commercial insights platforms is preferred.
- Experience working with forecasting, promotions, merchandising, or customer planning processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with major retail partners, supporting sales growth, forecasting activities, trade investment management, and customer-specific business plans.
- Drive volume and revenue objectives while maintaining spending efficiency and aligning execution with brand and customer strategies.
- Lead deduction management processes and support improvements in pricing, promotions, product distribution, and retail execution.
- Partner with shopper marketing, category management, finance, supply chain, and business development teams to deliver integrated customer initiatives.
- Develop and execute customer-specific merchandising and marketing programs that support category growth.
- Support omni-channel strategies by improving in-store and digital presence and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze customer performance data and market insights to inform business decisions and improve commercial effectiveness.
- Coordinate joint business planning activities and contribute to long-term customer partnership development.
