Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, program coordinator, event planner, or in communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English.
- Ability to work according to US Eastern Time Zone (EST).
- Availability to work on weekends when required.
- Access to a dedicated office room or workspace.
- Positive, results-oriented, and team-player personality.
Responsibilities
- Provide core administrative and personal support for the CEO and Partners.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, including personal and business calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Handle travel and logistics coordination, including booking and expense reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage email inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and phone/WhatsApp communications.
- Maintain client information within the company CRM system.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external use.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
