Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, program coordinator, event planner, or in communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English.
  • Ability to work according to US Eastern Time Zone (EST).
  • Availability to work on weekends when required.
  • Access to a dedicated office room or workspace.
  • Positive, results-oriented, and team-player personality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide core administrative and personal support for the CEO and Partners.
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, including personal and business calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Handle travel and logistics coordination, including booking and expense reconciliation.
  • Monitor and manage email inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and phone/WhatsApp communications.
  • Maintain client information within the company CRM system.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external use.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
