Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Trello.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AppFolio is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads.
- Manage property listings across various platforms.
- Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads.
- Post property listings on platforms such as Craigslist, Apartments.com, and Google.
- Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
- Maintain clear and effective communication.
- Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally.
- Submit daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
