Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Trello.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads.
  • Manage property listings across various platforms.
  • Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads.
  • Post property listings on platforms such as Craigslist, Apartments.com, and Google.
  • Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication.
  • Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
