Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency environment.
- Experience managing complex B2B paid search programs for enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Proven success managing significant paid search investments and multi-campaign account structures.
- Deep expertise in Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Proficiency with campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and other reporting platforms.
- Experience developing testing strategies and actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for direct client communication.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across client engagements.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid search strategy, performance optimization, and business planning for enterprise B2B clients.
- Develop campaign architecture, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans to drive measurable results.
- Manage sophisticated account structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Analytics, Creative, and Client Strategy to develop integrated marketing programs.
- Lead client communication through recurring meetings and strategic presentations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and performance innovation within client programs.
