Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Paid Search roles with a track record of executing campaigns with budgets of $1 million or more.
- 2-3 years of team management experience preferred.
- Google Ads Search Certification required.
- Experience managing and overseeing campaign types beyond Paid Search, including PMAX, Display, Video, App, Shopping, or Demand Gen.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid search campaigns, including strategic planning, launch, and operational management.
- Partner with clients and subject matter experts to strategize and present optimization or testing opportunities.
- Lead a team of paid search marketers, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering professional development.
- Manage daily budget tracking and implement bid rule strategies for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords.
- Conduct data analysis using reporting tools and present findings in weekly client calls.
- Actively engage in testing keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and third-party tools to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with other channel leaders to ensure integrated campaign strategies and identify cross-channel impacts.
