Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, or deployment.
- Experience in multi-channel, multi-market consumer goods or beauty environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory across DTC, marketplace, wholesale, and international channels.
- Proven track record leading multi-person teams and managing across geographies.
- Operational experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools for operational reporting.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tracker-based tools.
- Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full global Inventory Deployment function as the single accountable owner of finished goods placement.
- Set the global inventory deployment strategy, including global allocation policy and Supply Signal standards.
- Lead and develop a consolidated global team of direct and indirect reports.
- Integrate Inventory Deployment into the global S&OP process as the authoritative voice.
- Drive transformation of the function from manual to system-supported by leading NetSuite automation projects.
- Define and govern global KPIs such as fill rate, in-stock rate, and SLOB exposure.
- Own daily global inventory execution including transfers, reallocations, and error management across all DCs.
- Manage global expiry date and SLOB strategy with a working capital lens.
- Partner with channel leads globally to ensure allocation reflects commercial priorities.
