Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, or inventory deployment.
- Background in a multi-channel, multi-market consumer goods or beauty environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory across DTC, marketplace, wholesale/retail, and international channels.
- Prior experience leading a multi-person team, including managing other managers or senior analysts.
- Proven experience managing across geographies.
- Operational experience with ERP systems, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Power BI or equivalent BI tool experience for operational reporting.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or equivalent tracker-based tools.
- Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and lead the full global Inventory Deployment function as the single accountable owner of finished goods placement.
- Define global allocation policy, constrained-period decision frameworks, and Supply Signal standards.
- Make cross-market allocation decisions to optimize global inventory health across all channels.
- Develop and hold accountable a consolidated global team of direct and indirect reports.
- Integrate Inventory Deployment into the global S&OP process and serve as the authoritative voice in executive tiers.
- Drive the transformation from reactive, manual processes to structured, system-supported, and scalable operations.
- Define and govern global North Star KPIs for inventory deployment and build reporting infrastructure.
- Manage daily global inventory execution, including transfers, reallocations, and stuck orders.
- Manage global expiry date and SLOB (Slow-Moving and Obsolete) strategy to minimize write-off risk.
