Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Product Management building SaaS-based products.
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end products with measurable impact on adoption, retention, or revenue.
- Strong domain fluency in finance and accounting workflows (AR, cash application, deductions, GL/ERP reconciliation, credit memos).
- Hands-on experience designing and scaling B2B integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in API lifecycle management, data mapping, and bidirectional financial reconciliation.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguity into crisp problem statements and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Experienced in customer discovery, including conducting interviews, surveys, and user shadowing.
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to define success metrics and analyze product trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling to inform product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through requirements, build, launch, and iteration.
- Lead the Finance Pod to define problems, uncover user needs, and identify opportunities for Cash Application and DRM products.
- Plan and execute product launches in coordination with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing.
- Conduct customer discovery including interviews, surveys, and shadowing to build user empathy.
- Translate complex business problems into user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the team backlog.
- Partner with Engineering on implementation to ensure high-quality delivery and velocity.
- Maintain financial accuracy for Cash Application and DRM features including GL reconciliation and ERP exports.
- Define and socialize a clear product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
