Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Beyond Finance program benefits and options
- Display empathy and active listening to deescalate upset clients
- Utilize CRM system to track interactions and access client information
- Assess client financial situations to determine debt-free paths
- Develop customized solutions to retain clients in the program
- Meet or exceed individual retention targets
