Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing Sales or SDR role.
  • Experience working directly with US or UK customers.
  • Background in online education, SaaS, coaching, agency, or info-product environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM or CS tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and empathetically.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional reliability.
  • Comfortable being measured on customer outcomes on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey from payment to completion and renewal.
  • Conduct structured kickoff calls to guide customers through milestones.
  • Identify early churn signals and execute retention strategies.
  • Manage the transition between sales promises and actual product delivery.
  • Operate within existing playbooks and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Oversee a small number of concurrent accounts with consistency.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all customers.
