- Lead a territory of approximately 30 Planners to drive client acquisition, retention, and net new asset flows.
- Mentor, develop, and support Planners to drive success throughout the sales funnel and expand client value.
- Drive priorities and provide accurate feedback to Divisional Vice President and senior management on performance.
- Create and enhance a high-engagement culture that supports success, morale, and performance of Planners.
- Partner across the organization to drive outstanding client experience while managing risk and adhering to policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and lead-generation plans and training delivery.
- Partner with Planners to establish personal and professional goals aligned with company objectives.
- Present regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements and identifying sales obstacles.
