Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional work experience.
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 securities license.
- Previous experience working in a consultative sales role.
- Experience working in a call center, preferably in an outbound capacity.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for phone-based client interaction.
- Ability to excel in a consistent, structured work environment.
- Strong, confident, and persuasive communication style.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to encourage productive dialogue and attract new assets.
- Initiate financial goal-based conversations to identify client needs and present appropriate financial solutions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice, handling interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
- Develop client trust using high emotional intelligence.
- Manage time and prospects effectively to improve client contact rates and campaign success.
