  • Previous experience working in a consultative sales role.
  • Experience working in a call center, preferably in an outbound capacity.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for phone-based client interaction.
  • Ability to excel in a consistent, structured work environment.
  • Strong, confident, and persuasive communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to encourage productive dialogue and attract new assets.
  • Initiate financial goal-based conversations to identify client needs and present appropriate financial solutions.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice, handling interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
  • Develop client trust using high emotional intelligence.
  • Manage time and prospects effectively to improve client contact rates and campaign success.
