  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional work experience.
  • Valid Series 65 or Series 66 securities license.
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role.
  • Experience working in a call center, preferably in an outbound capacity.
  • Outstanding customer service experience.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for phone-based client interaction.
  • Ability to excel in a consistent, structured work environment.
  • Strong, confident, and persuasive communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to increase retention and attract new assets.
  • Conducts exploratory dialogues to identify client needs and initiate goal-based conversations.
  • Presents appropriate financial solutions to support client objectives.
  • Serves as a knowledgeable resource for information on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
  • Develops client trust through high emotional intelligence and accurate, efficient interactions.
  • Manages time and prospects effectively to improve client contact rates and campaign success.
