Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial services including retirement, estate, and college planning to individuals and businesses.
- Attend mandatory virtual weekly training sessions on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Develop and implement business plans and lead generation systems.
- Identify and onboard initial clients and potential business partners.
- Complete required field training and participate in ongoing mentorship programs.
- Manage personal schedule to build and scale an independent financial business.
