Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Current Series 65 or Series 66 securities license.
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in an outbound call center capacity.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for phone-based client engagement.
- Ability to uncover financial needs and advise on financial goals.
- Proficiency in maintaining a consistent, structured work environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to encourage dialogue, reinforce company values, and attract new assets.
- Initiate exploratory dialogue to identify client needs and wants and present appropriate financial solutions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for information, advice, and financial planning, including debt management and retirement strategies.
- Build client trust through high emotional intelligence and accurate, efficient interaction handling.
- Manage time and prospects effectively to improve client contact rates and campaign success.
- Work within a consistent, structured environment.
