Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Five (5) years of professional IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in industry standards and best practice data governance and data management theories, principles, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT governance activities including integrating board processes and supporting compliance initiatives.
- Lead meeting logistics, agenda planning, and follow-up communications for IT governance boards.
- Develop and refine documentation and implement process improvements to support enterprise technology objectives.
- Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance, including refining IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy.
- Update and integrate change request processes and procedures with broader IT governance.
- Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implementing automation.
- Refresh DMCC processes in conjunction with new IT governance.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and assist in audits to maintain adherence to industry standards.
