Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience within an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role.
- Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes and project management.
- Experience managing projects through various delivery models such as DBB, EPC, and PDB.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with leadership and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership to team members.
- Proven ability to adhere to workplace safety and health policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with management and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle to support cost and schedule objectives.
- Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
- Provide regular project reporting to clients and leadership, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Standardize project procedures and enforce safety regulations and standards.
