Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience within an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
  • 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role.
  • Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes and project management.
  • Experience managing projects through various delivery models such as DBB, EPC, and PDB.
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with leadership and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and provide leadership to team members.
  • Proven ability to adhere to workplace safety and health policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with management and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle to support cost and schedule objectives.
  • Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
  • Provide regular project reporting to clients and leadership, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Standardize project procedures and enforce safety regulations and standards.
