Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Advanced ability to utilize Microsoft Excel for project reporting.
- Proficiency in Jira, OpenAir, and Salesforce (or other Professional Services applications).
- Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools.
- Experience interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or teams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full engagement lifecycle of Professional Services projects.
- Handle sales handoff and resource allocation.
- Develop customer project plans and manage execution.
- Perform project closeout activities.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
- Manage project scope, budget, and revenue recognition.
- Maintain project data in OpenAir PSA.
- Create and maintain project management methodology and documentation.
- Provide professional services to customers as a billable resource.
