Requirements
- 3–5 years in outside sales, field sales support, or account management
- Background in running, footwear, sporting goods, or specialty retail preferred
- Strong presenter and trainer—comfortable speaking to individuals and groups alike
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable without needing close supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
- Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain them over time
- Adaptable and comfortable shifting between different professional environments
- Clear and proactive communication skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Visit existing retail accounts on a regular cadence to build relationships and identify opportunities
- Conduct product training with store staff to drive confidence and sell-through
- Improve in-store merchandising, product presentation, and inventory assortment
- Represent OS1st at fun runs, local races, marathon expos, grand openings, and vendor days
- Identify and prospect new Independent Run Specialty and Family Footwear retailers
- Generate qualified opportunities for Territory Managers and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Coordinate store visits, follow up on customer needs, and support promotional programs
- Share customer feedback and market trends with the broader sales and product teams
