  • Must be currently working in an insurance brokerage company.
  • Must have experience managing a portfolio for multiple insurance lines.
  • Strong understanding of multiple insurance products.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work autonomously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Australian General Insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Process data in WinBeat, keeping client files updated and recording payments.
  • Monitor all claims status until settlement, including analyzing coverage and managing long-term claims.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, providing high-level service.
  • Review loss histories and insurance premiums to recommend appropriate products and loss-minimization measures.
  • Obtain renewal invitations and quotes, and prepare necessary client documentation.
  • Manage endorsements, cancellations, and incoming documentation.
  • Liaise with independent experts for disputes and attend tribunals when necessary.
  • Delegate tasks to assistants as negotiated.
