  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Experience.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, hosting, domains, cloud, or infrastructure services.
  • Proven experience managing strategic or high-value accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with customer, usage, and revenue data.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining structured account records.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with technical sales, solution engineering, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined portfolio of existing Hosting.com customer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and churn risk while coordinating retention action plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and infrastructure expansion.
  • Qualify commercial and infrastructure opportunities using structured discovery frameworks.
  • Prepare clear handovers for technical sales teams when deeper technical discovery is required.
  • Maintain accurate account information and health metrics in CRM systems.
