Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Experience.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, hosting, domains, cloud, or infrastructure services.
- Proven experience managing strategic or high-value accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with customer, usage, and revenue data.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining structured account records.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience collaborating with technical sales, solution engineering, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of existing Hosting.com customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health and churn risk while coordinating retention action plans.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and infrastructure expansion.
- Qualify commercial and infrastructure opportunities using structured discovery frameworks.
- Prepare clear handovers for technical sales teams when deeper technical discovery is required.
- Maintain accurate account information and health metrics in CRM systems.
