Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting role.
  • Deep understanding of software GTM models, Pipeline Mechanics, and Sales stages.
  • Knowledge of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and marketing conversion funnels.
  • Proven track record of moving complex, ambiguous projects from ideation to execution.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to turn raw data into strategic narratives.
  • Elite slide-building and presentation design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and project-manage high-priority, cross-functional projects including GTM plays and market expansion plans.
  • Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual GTM strategic planning sessions.
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and finance to ensure alignment on metrics and resource allocation.
  • Draft executive communications, including board presentations, keynote materials, and internal updates.
  • Act as a proxy and sounding board for the CMO in strategic sessions and discovery calls.
  • Establish and optimize the GTM operating cadence within the first 60 days.
