Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of insightful, decisive judgment in developing strategies and managing competing priorities.
- Experience leading teams of high-performing individual contributors, ideally in a cross-functional capacity.
- Proven ability to map complex systems, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build culture, advocate for ideas, and secure buy-in.
- Commitment to helping people and mission-driven work.
- Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (e.g., insurance, fintech, medical, real estate) is a plus.
- Experience with consumer-focused research or discovery work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test-and-learn pipelines to drive client acquisition for new verticals like Injury.
- Develop and iterate on web intake flows to qualify and onboard prospective clients.
- Build frameworks for evaluating market opportunities and gathering data to stress-test hypotheses.
- Own the prioritized roadmap for new business lines end-to-end.
- Partner with the GM and CEO to shape strategy and operations with P&L ownership.
