Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–15 years of leadership experience in operations, consulting, strategy, finance, program management, or military leadership.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or leading enterprise initiatives.
- Executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Stable, reliable internet connection and professional remote working setup.
- Flexible to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and manage high-priority special projects.
- Serve as deputy to the CEO and Chief of Staff to represent executive leadership as delegated.
- Partner with department leaders to remove obstacles and coordinate work across all business functions.
- Develop SOPs, policies, and executive reporting to drive organizational improvement.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations while tracking key priorities.
- Monitor organizational priorities and escalate risks to executive leadership.
