Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
  • Drive revenue growth and lead the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Attract, retain, and develop talent from leaders to account executives.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across all of Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation, closure, and managerial support.
