- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives.
- Experience in a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business.
- Experience leading product-led sales teams.
- Experience working with a complex, technical product.
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
- Growth mindset and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
- Drive revenue growth and lead the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Attract, retain, and develop talent from leaders to account executives.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across all of Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel as needed to assist in deal creation, closure, and managerial support.
