  • Experience in a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business.
  • Ideally led product-led sales teams previously.
  • Experience working with complex, technical products.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to lead by example.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills backed by data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
  • Drive revenue growth, coach existing representatives, and attract new talent.
  • Partner across GTM, G&A, and R&D leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation, closure, and managerial support.
  • Hire, retain, and develop talent from leaders to account executives.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
