- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives.
- Experience in a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business.
- Ideally led product-led sales teams previously.
- Experience working with complex, technical products.
- Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to lead by example.
- Proactive problem-solving skills backed by data.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
- Drive revenue growth, coach existing representatives, and attract new talent.
- Partner across GTM, G&A, and R&D leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel as needed to assist in deal creation, closure, and managerial support.
- Hire, retain, and develop talent from leaders to account executives.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
