Requirements
- PhD in education, learning sciences, computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.
- At least three years of postdoctoral research experience.
- Specialist knowledge in research methods and techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering projects that meet desired objectives.
- Experience managing a team and coordinating researchers.
- Experience managing own workload and administrative project tasks.
- Experience with grant or other funding applications.
- Ability to think strategically about research design and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately once per quarter).
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Scope new research projects in computing, AI, and data science education across formal and informal settings.
- Lead and support a team of researchers and coordinators responsible for project execution.
- Ensure the production and dissemination of high-quality research findings.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Support the design of organizational products and tools through evidence-based research.
- Write and publish research results in high-quality, peer-reviewed academic literature.
- Represent the Foundation’s research to external audiences and stakeholders.
