- Genuine interest in social media, creators, and online communities.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- High level of organization to manage relationships and tracking without losing details.
- Comfort with ambiguity and approaching problems without a fixed playbook.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building relationships.
- Experience in community management, creator/influencer outreach, or growth roles (nice to have).
- Familiarity with ambassador or affiliate programs (nice to have).
- Experience with CRM or outreach-tracking tools (nice to have).
- Existing personal presence on Twitter or similar platforms (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with active creators on Twitter (X) who already talk about Recraft or would enjoy it.
- Onboard new ambassadors, explain program operations, and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline of ambassadors and their activities.
- Manage the Discord community and experiment with new engagement formats.
- Share actionable feedback with the internal team regarding creator sentiment and program evolution.
