Requirements

  • Current Lush employee
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
  • Availability to work during scheduled hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours from mid-November to mid-January
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to de-escalate customer concerns
  • Reliable and fast internet connection
  • Private, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with global Lush customers through various channels, including phone, chat, text, and email
  • Handle customer feedback and answer questions using trained methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Assist with responding to customers in crisis situations
  • Assist customers with digital orders
  • Identify and solve problems on the spot while providing technical and troubleshooting support
  • Drive sales through effective product recommendations
  • Investigate lost packages with transport partners
  • Maintain data privacy and security procedures
