  • Open availability including evenings, occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays

  • Ability to remain calm, positive, and de-escalate customers
  • Reliable and fast internet connection and a private, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with global Lush customers through various channels, including phone, chat, text, and email
  • Handle customer feedback and answer questions using trained methods and tools
  • Assist customers with digital orders and investigate lost packages
  • Identify and solve problems on the spot to provide technical and troubleshooting support
  • Educate customers on brand values and drive sales through effective product recommendations
  • Maintain data privacy procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer information
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience through meaningful consultations
