- Ability to identify and assess customer needs and resolve issues with a customer-first approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar
- Excellent computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens and programs
- Open availability including evenings, occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and de-escalate customers
- Reliable and fast internet connection and a private, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
- Communicate with global Lush customers through various channels, including phone, chat, text, and email
- Handle customer feedback and answer questions using trained methods and tools
- Assist customers with digital orders and investigate lost packages
- Identify and solve problems on the spot to provide technical and troubleshooting support
- Educate customers on brand values and drive sales through effective product recommendations
- Maintain data privacy procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer information
- Deliver a world-class customer experience through meaningful consultations
